To improve
- Include pictures of team before and after. Agile's about people
- Strive to measure tangible value
- CSAT
- ESAT (questionnaires)
- Bit slower talking pace for Lissa (also: realise we aren't native speakers and a few of the words were hard to understand). But, great presentation!
- You have a good story, relax a bit more while presenting :-)
- Skip the "Post-it" simulation and instead elaborate on the motivation (skills needed to get the team to work agile)
- Focus a little less on Lissa, and a bit more on the team and its problems/background
- Practice presentation skills. There was too much "ummm"
- Skip the BA sales slide a little quicker
- Relax :-), you're doing great
- Look at the audience more instead of at the ceiling, it connects to the audience
- Use presenter view on the laptop, this is a big help, and you will not need stickies
- Maybe more of how one might apply your lessons learnt to the audience
- Pictures from your actual setting in BA
- Add some more details to your slides (what does your Scrum board look like, team room...)
- Please explain the "burning platform" for Agile in your story
- Put it into a broader context
- How did management react?
- Bring one from your team to talk through the journey
